Skillet Merchandise

Next week, the Awake and Alive Tour comes to the Spirit Bank Event Center featuring Skillet and Hawk Nelson and we are in need of some merchandise volunteers for the show. The concert starts at 7pm with doors opening at 6. I’ve been notified that about 10 volunteers will be needed, however, I’m still waiting to confirm a time. My guess is you will be needed sometime around 5pm (possibly earlier but no later) at the SpiritBank Event Center located at about 105^th and S Memorial. Aaron Shust/Chris Sligh

I’m I need of about 6 people to help with loading in and out for the Shust/Sligh concert on Friday, October 23rd at the Church at Battle Creek. Volunteers will arrive approximately 10:45am to unload and set-up tour. Once everything is set up (no later than 2pm) you will be free until 10pm when you will be needed back at the church to tear down. This should take approximately 2 hours or less. If you are available during the show (starting at 7:30pm) we will possibly also need stage-hands so include in your email if you are available for that as well. Even if you do not help during the show, you will have a ticket set aside for you if you’d like to stay.

If you are available to help, please email Cherrie Trevathan at the Church at Battle Creek and let her know of your availability.

As of now, this is all we need for volunteers for this show, but we will let you know if more opportunities become available.

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven’t updated this page since Rockets. Thanks to everyone who braved the heat and helped out! We had several no-shows for the first shift which I’m not thrilled about, but thanks to the people from second shift who came early to fill in!

We’ve got a lot of events coming up, but as some of you know, they don’t all require volunteers. I’ll list what’s coming up so you can be thinking about it, then when the time comes if I need help, you’ll already know you’re available!
